Is the Maunakea Marketplace still on the market to be sold ? Are present tenents on a month to month lease, or are they given a period of grace to close down businesses & vacate ?

Where would I find these famous Chinese pastries I keep hearing about? Name or address of the business?

Sing cheong yuan bakery, on Maunakea. Diamond head side between Hotel and King street. It's Chinese candy shop which also sells dim sum and limited pastries. There's also a bakery a couple of doors mauka (mountainside).

What is the name and number of the place who roast the pigs?
